Energy Certificate

The Energy Efficiency Certificate is a mandatory document for all homes that are to be sold. This certificate measures the efficiency and energy consumption of the property, allowing measures to be taken to improve it and thus save on consumption. Once obtained, it is valid for 5 years, so the buyer, if he or she sells the property before that period, would not have to obtain it again.
We offer a service to obtain it for a cost of €160 which includes:
Inspection of the property by a qualified architect.
Certificate endorsed by the College of Architects and registered.
